Argus Medical Management was formed in 1995 as a joint venture between St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach and ProHealth Partners, a new integrated primary care medical group formed at the same time. All aspects of the management services were designed by physicians for physicians. In 2001, physicians managed by Argus purchased St. Mary Medical Center's entire ownership in Argus. Today Argus is one of the few successful physician owned and physician managed practice management companies in S. California. As a physician owned company, Argus Medical Management is interested in making ownership in our company available to the physician clients that we manage.

Experience: Argus Medical Management (since inception): Involved in the creation of Argus / ProHealth, Acting Administrator for Argus when became operational, COO, CEO of Argus. Previous to Argus held various hospital finance positions including CFO, Director of Finance, etc. Hospitals included St. Mary Medical Center, Western Medical Centers, City of Hope, Northridge Medical Center, St. Joseph's of Burbank. Taught HealthCare Finance courses at graduate programs at Cal. State Northridge, Cal. State Long Beach, Chapman University. Former President, Healthcare Financial Management Association of Southern California.
   
Director of Finance: Shing Huang
Experience: Financial Planning Manager & Director of Finance for Argus since 1997. Public accounting experience with a large local firm working in conjunction with Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand. Previous to Argus held finance positions including the Senior Financial Analyst position with AHI (IPA) and a Budget Analyst position with King Drew Medical Center.
   
Director, Billing Office: Vivian Bigam
Experience: Argus Medical Management (since inception). Previous to Argus was Director, Physician Billing for St. Mary Medical Center.
   
Director, Operations: Mary Storms
Experience: Argus Medical Management since inception. Previous to Argus was Administrator for Associates in Internal Medicine Medical Group. Other former positions included V.P. for a stock brokerage company and independent realtor.
   
Director, Contracting: Linda Grow
Experience: Argus Medical Management (since inception). Positions previous to Argus included Sales Manager for medical manufacturing company and office manager for Optometry Medical Group.
   
Manager, Business Development: Regina Pohls
Experience: Argus Medical Management since 2005. Previously held positions as Director of Customer Service and Sales Support in the Computer Industry and Operational Sales Manager for nation wide Bariatric Surgery programs.
