Argus can provide physician practice management services which allows the physician to focus on seeing patients rather than spending time on complying with regulations, employee issues, paying bills, etc. Customized reports allow the physician to really see what is happening in his practice and facilitates making business decisions. Argus has a highly qualified and experienced team of Regional Managers / Consultants that provide consulting services to over 100 physicians in the Greater Long Beach Area.

Argus assumes responsibility for the physician's employees and provides all human resources, payroll and benefits. Argus pays all of the office bills and provides detailed accounting services, credentialing, PPO contracting, marketing and provides access to group discounts on services & supplies. Argus will assign a Regional Manger to assist with your office on a consulting basis. Argus will advise the physician(s) on staffing, pay rates, size of the office, etc., however, the final decisions are always up to the physician. Argus allocates the cost it incurs for staffing, rent, supplies, etc. back to the physician each month at cost (the physician actually controls these costs), and then charges a fee for the centralized management services.
