Summary Profit & Loss Statement: Trends practice profit for multiple years
and the current year trended by month to give a global snapshot of where the
practice is heading, including key performance ratios.
Detail Profit & Loss Statement: Same format as the Summary Profit & Loss
but Provides more detail on revenue & expense categories.
Trended Detail Revenue & Expense Report: Provides a 6 month trend
and year to date analysis of all revenue & expenses categories (we track
over 100 different revenue & expense categories.
Expense Comparison to Prior Periods: Provides a detail comparison of revenues
and expenses year to date for the current year compared to the same period for prior years. This allows the physician to see where expenses are "creeping up" year to year.
Account Payable Report: Provides a detail listing of all expenses paid
though accounts payable by Argus for your practice including which vendors
were paid, invoice number, and date paid.
Bi-Weekly Payroll Report: Provides the detail of all hours and dollars
paid by Argus for your employees including breakdowns by regular hours,
vacation, sick, overtime, benefits, etc.
Employee Benefits Accrual Report: Provides the amount of accrued
leave time (vacation, sick, holiday, etc.) by employee.
Productivity Report: Provides total hours worked for the practice trended by
pay period for the year including breakdowns by regular, vacation, overtime, etc.
with comparisons to prior years. Allows the physician to pinpoint when labor hours
are increasing over time.
Summary Billing Activity Report: A snapshot report that provides a
6 month trend of charges, collections, write-offs and ending accounts
receivables balances. Also provides key ratios including collection ratios,
average time to collect accounts and the percent of accounts
receivables over 120 days old.
Capitation Trend Report: Trends monthly enrollment, capitation dollars
paid and PMPM by major IPAs. Allows the physician to quickly see trends
in enrollment and payments by IPA.
